Yes..this is for real. A bar of Very Dark Organic Chocolate with a smooth texture and an invigorating deep flavor. There are only 4 grams of sugar per serving, all from unrefined organic cane sugar. We use very light cocoa beans and instead of emulsifiers like soy lecithin, we use extra cocoa butter to add to the richness and smooth texture.

The cocoa beans come from 4 different regions within Peru in the foothills of the Andes leading down to the Amazon Basin. The beans there are characteristically light and mild, known as, fine aroma beans.
